By downloading, installing, or using Jotaid ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License & Usage

许可与使用

• Jotaid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Jotaid 授予您有限的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，供个人非商业用途使用本应用。
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• 您不得对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编。
• You may not redistribute or sublicense the App to third parties.
• 您不得将本应用再分发或转授权给第三方。

Your Data

您的数据

• All notes and content you create in Jotaid belong to you.
• 您在 Jotaid 中创建的所有笔记和内容归您所有。
• Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to it.
• 您的数据存储在本地设备上，可选同步至您的个人 iCloud 账户。我们无权访问。
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
• 您有责任自行备份数据。

AI Features & Third-Party Services

AI 功能与第三方服务

• AI features require your own API key from supported providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek).
• AI 功能需要您提供来自受支持服务商（OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、DeepSeek）的 API Key。
• Content sent to AI providers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
• 发送至 AI 服务商的内容受其各自的条款和隐私政策约束。
• Jotaid is not responsible for the output, availability, or pricing of third-party AI services.
• Jotaid 不对第三方 AI 服务的输出内容、可用性或定价承担责任。

Purchases

购买

• Jotaid is available as a one-time paid download on the App Store.
• Jotaid 以一次性买断的方式在 App Store 上销售。
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies.
• 所有购买由 Apple 处理，适用 Apple 的退款政策。

Disclaimer

Jotaid is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jotaid and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
